Restrictions & Guidelines

We kindly ask all passengers to be respectful and courteous to the captain and the boat, as this is essential to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience onboard
🚨 Failure to comply with the following restrictions will result in the immediate termination of the activity, with no possibility of a refund.

🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited onboard for safety reason and maintain a clean environment.

🚫 No Glass Items
To reduce the risk of accidents and injuries, only plastic or non-glass containers are allowed. Glass cups are not permitted.

⚠️ No Standing on Sofas
For the safety of passengers and to prevent damage to the boat, standing on sofas or other seating areas is not allowed. However, passengers may ask the captain for permission to stand temporarily for photos, based on safety conditions.

🐾 No Pets
For the safety and comfort of all passengers, pets are not allowed onboard, except for service animals.

🧳 No Luggage or Strollers
Luggage, trolleys, or hard-shell cases are not permitted onboard.

👞 No Shoes Onboard
Passengers must remove their shoes before boarding to maintain the cleanliness of the boat.

Allowed Beverages
🥂All beverages are accepted except red wine.

Swimming Guidelines
🏊 Guests who choose to swim do so at their own risk.

🚫 Diving from the boat or entering the water while the boat is moving is strictly prohibited.

✅ Swimming and diving are only allowed with the captain’s approval. Passengers must ask the captain to navigate to a suitable swimming location before engaging in water activities.

⚠️ The captain is not responsible for any injuries or accidents occurring during swimming activities. We recommend bringing a personal towel for drying off after swimming.

Lake45 assumes no responsibility for damages or injuries resulting from the activities described above. By reading this document, passengers acknowledge and accept that Lake45 and the captain are released from any liability.

What to Bring on the Day of Pick-Up
📄 A valid ID of who made the reservation (passport or identity card)

💳 A valid credit card or cash, if the booking is not fully paid
