How to Book
· Select your preferred tour type, duration, and date on our booking page.
· Complete your reservation by providing the necessary details.
· Proceed with payment through credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
· You will receive an instant confirmation email with all the details of your tour.

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy ensures flexibility while also respecting our operational needs.
Cancellation by the Customer
· Up to 7 days before the tour: ✅ 100% refund of the booking amount.
· From the 7th day until 24 hours before the tour: 🔄 50% refund of the booking amount.
· Same-day cancellation or no-show: ❌ No refund will be provided.

Cancellation by Lake45
At Lake45, safety is our priority. If we need to cancel a tour due to bad weather or force majeure reasons, you will be entitled to:
✅ 100% refund of your booking amount
🎟 5% discount on your next tour as compensation
If you wish to change the date or time of your booking:
· Up to 48 hours before the tour: Free rescheduling, subject to availability.
· Within 48 hours of the tour: Rescheduling is subject to a €100,00 fee (or based on availability).
· Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
· In case of severe weather conditions, we will assess the situation on the day of the tour and inform you accordingly.
· No refunds are provided for delays caused by the customer. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. A delay of more than 15 minutes does not guarantee the proper execution of the tour. In such cases, Lake45 reserves the right to modify the itinerary accordingly.
